Place was fairly clean and gorgeous. The room with a nice balcony. Its location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Royal bc Museum was marvellous and unbeatable.

The hotel staff was pleasant and accommodating. The location was very central, near restaurant for dinner as well as the ferry terminal, front row view of the harbor, and proximity of the main downtown area. It also was in the Victoria harbor.

Wonderful boutique hotel with exceptionally good breakfasts. Fantastic food in the restaurant for breakfast with an omelet. Great area, marvelous and unbeatable location, just next door to wonderful restaurants, stores, and other places of interest and the waterfront and Government Street.

Incredibly beautiful and pretty place with exceptionally good views of the city. Some excellent tea, a hair dryer, and coffee in the room, unbeatable location. Fantastic food at breakfast served in the restaurant. Good home base for exploring Victoria.
